Accessibility
Pilotrun should work for everyone who builds things, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website and the Pilotrun tool. Pilotrun hasn't had an outside audit, so we don't claim full conformance yet.
What we do
- Controls are built to work with a keyboard and show a visible focus ring. Panel dividers move with the arrow keys, and quantity sliders are standard sliders.
- Buttons, fields and dialogs have names for screen readers, and charts describe their main figures in words.
- Color is never the only signal: warnings and statuses also say what they mean in text.
- Text and controls are checked for contrast in the light and dark themes.
- Motion follows your system's reduced-motion setting.
- Pages reflow on narrow screens and when zoomed.
Known limitations
- The 3D part views are visual, and turning or zooming them needs a mouse, trackpad or touch. Each part's size, volume and design checks are also shown as text.
- The workspace layout needs a window at least 1,100 pixels wide. The page layout works at any width.
- The site's look was refreshed in October 2026, and the full keyboard and screen-reader checks haven't been repeated since.
If something doesn't work for you
Email PilotRun01@gmail.com, say which page you were on and what you were trying to do. We'll reply, help you get what you need another way (for example, by working through an estimate with you by email), and fix the problem where we can.
